  Excellent Kitchen Refurbishment

  Paul and Darryl removed our original kitchen and then renewed the ceiling, the electrics and plastered the walls before fitting the new kitchen (Wren) Throughout the process we were impressed by the care and attention that Paul and Darryl paid to the work they were doing. Paul made practical suggestions to improve our original ideas and these proved to be most helpful and successful. Paul and Darryl were always on time and worked conscientiously and tidily. The working area was carefully tidied at the end of each day. We are extremely pleased that we chose R&R Building Services for this work.

  Gary always carries out the annual service and Gas Safety Check for the central heating boiler in our flat. He, helpfully, is happy to liase with our tenant to organise a suitable date and time for the service to be carried out.   Extensive trimming of a large Yew hedge.

  James arrived on time and did exactly what we had agreed. The Yew hedge was both reduced in height and trimmed to shape. We are very pleased with the result. James left the garden clean and tidy. We will happily use James again in the future.

  Emergency Callout to CH Boiler Problem

  Charlie came out on Saturday evening and quickly diagnosed the problem. He then arranged for SGN to fit a new regulator to the gas meter. He kept me informed throughout the process. SGN duly fitted the regulator within the two hours specified. We would be very happy to use 'Helpful Heating' in the future.

  Gary was extremely helpful when our tenant was unable to make the original service appointment and instead needed to rearrange the date and time. The boiler service was carried out and certification provided. I have been impressed with the professionalism shown by Gary Cousins and his workmen.

  Re-routed hot water supply to the kitchen sink.

  Paul arrived on time to give an estimate and gave a fair price for the work. On the day he arrived promptly and worked hard to re-route the hot water supply from under a concrete floor to a surface supply. The work was carried out with the minimum of fuss and is neat and tidy, despite part of the disconnection being in a very confined space. I would use Paul again and would recommend his services.

  Test the circuits in a flat and then replace old consumer unit and connect earth tails to sockets.

  Derek explained exactly what would be required to update the lighting and main circuits in a flat. The work was carried out efficiently and a minor problem rectified. Left his work area clean and tidy and kept me informed throughout the work. Derek impressed me with his work ethic and I would certainly use his services again.
