  I had a few quotes and James, from Spartan Property Maintenance, provided the most competitive quote, and dare I say, the most honest quote. Other's arrived at the cost by ascertaining the work from ground level. James showed me exactly what work was required by means of a drone. After the work was completed, James again used the drone and showed me what work was carried out. Both James and Macaulay were very courteous and polite. They carried out the work professionally. James is a very pleasant and honest chap. I would recommend Spartan Property Maintenance without any hesitation at all.
