  Came within 2 hours as a result of an urgent repair request. The job was completed within 5 minutes and in view of the simplicity Don made no charge. A gratifying attitude and unusual to experience in this day and age. Needless to say I will have no hesitation in contacting DME should their services be required in the future.

  Replace central heating valve

  Replaced three way control valve situated in loft. All heating and hot water supply is now 100% Very good and understanding service at this difficult time. Would have no hesitation in recommending Kelvin.

  Clean carpets and rise and recline chair.

  The cleaning of my 10 year old rise and recline chair brought it back to almost as new condition -super pleased. The hallway carpet is as new and immediately dry to walk on. All in all a very pleasant operation.
