  The Best Flat Roofing Company in the area

  After many let downs on repairing our garage/stable complex mansard roof with drainage gullies (flat roof area), meeting up with Karl of SBM was a breath of fresh air. Karl new exactly what needed doing, gave a full written quotation, complete with a work specification and arrived shortly afterwards to complete the roof repairs during a short fine weather window. All carried out very efficiently, professionally and tidily, seeing that he was up against time in between poor weather forecasts. All at a reasonable price. I would thoroughly recommend SBM Flatroofing Ltd.

  Flat roof sealing with confidence....

  Carl and his Dad turned up on time to assess the partial leaking mansard roof on our garage/stable complex. Suggested what needed doing, furnished a comprehensive written job spec. and quotation. Short lead time. Carried out the complete job of sealing the whole felt flat/raised part of the mansard roof and associated gullies 2 days later, with no fuss and excellent prior preparation before applying the sealant material. 10 years guarantee in writing given with this job. Carl and his Dad are an excellent team.

  Part conversion of an old muck-heap for concrete/walled area for shed.

  An efficient team of Paul, Lloyd and Callum (the bricklayer). Price quoted was very reasonable in comparison. Most major materials were ordered and paid for by myself, Paul provided the list of material requirements and recommended a builder's merchant. Paul's team and myself liaised in harmony with regard to any adjustments and considerations to the initial plan. Punctuality and being kept informed was exceptional. Extra work requested was again quoted at a reasonable cost. 'Snags' that were raised after completion were put right promptly and without question or redress.
