After many let downs on repairing our garage/stable complex mansard roof with drainage gullies (flat roof area), meeting up with Karl of SBM was a breath of fresh air. Karl new exactly what needed doing, gave a full written quotation, complete with a work specification and arrived shortly afterwards to complete the roof repairs during a short fine weather window. All carried out very efficiently, professionally and tidily, seeing that he was up against time in between poor weather forecasts. All at a reasonable price.
