  Leaking pipe under sink and faulty thermostat

  Russell came to fix a leaking pipe under my sink and a faulty thermostat knob in the shower and had both sorted in under 20 minutes. Incredibly efficient, prompt, and reliable. He’s now my first call for any plumbing issue.

  Fixing leaking pipe connected to hot water cylinder

  Had a pipe leaking in the loft connected to a megaflo cyclinder which Russell came round to check the same day. This was very much appreciated as I didn’t know how substantial the problem was. Russell then changed a valve and soldered the copper pipe. This was all done very quickly and neatly. It’s the second time Russell has come to repair something for me and I very much appreciate how he checks in on the issue and keeps me updated.

  Fixing toilet

  Had an issue with the toilet not flushing. Russell came to see the issue first then came a couple days later to do the job. He was professional and got the job done quickly. Pleased to have my toilet back up and running!
