  Immersion heater not heating water properly

  James has been absolutely amazing. He came over to look at our immersion heater because we never had enough hot water. After having a look, he found multiple issues which he fixed and gave us an in-depth explanation of what he’s done and what we needed to do. Also turns out we have been overcharged on our electric by a huge amount because of the issues. James advised us on what steps to take to resolve this with the energy supplier and didn’t charge us an extortionate amount! 10/10 would recommend to anyone! He really went out of his way and was very informative

  New sockets installed and broken sockets fixed

  Tom was very punctual, polite and friendly. He explained what was going on with the electrics in our flat as he was working on it. He’s very reasonably priced and we are very happy with the result! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs an electrician!
