  After Tamar did a good job on our tenanted flat, we called him to help with a failed toilet cistern in our own house - the pneumatic flush had failed. He gave good advice in advance (these systems are unreliable and it's better to replace), and then came to do the work. The job was well-done, clean, and with a lot of attention to detail. I'm more than happy to give him a recommendation.

  Replacement of cooker hood and bathroom extractors.

  This is the second time I've used LRE (Sean). I booked him again as the first time he was completely reliable, trustworthy and professional (and a nice person). Despite problems not of his making, he again proved I was right. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

  Replacement glass lean-to roof

  Alan and his team did a terrific job, despite encountering unexpected problems. We now have glazing that’s not misted, and - importantly - doesn’t leak. He was busy, so we had to wait for a while to get the job done, but it was worth it.

  Replacing toilet

  Very good, clean, job on the replacement toilet. The plumber did an excellent job. They are let down by their call centre. For example, they originally booked me in for time they were unable to do. The staff seem very inexperienced.
