  Problem with toilet overflow.

  My elderly mum had a problem with the toilet overflow. Taylor responded really quickly on a Friday evening to my job request. Chatted over whatsapp and sent photos and appointment made for Saturday afternoon. Turned up promptly and fitted new parts to correct the problem at a very reasonable cost. Very pleasant and polite and completed job quickly. Would probably use again if needed.

  Repair Scrape damage after altercation with our driveway pier.

  Needed to repair some quite deep scrapes on our Qashqai after I caught the brick pier on our drive. We found Alto Cars on our local social media. Very quick response to our query and very easy to deal with. Took car in on a Thursday, booked in for following week and completed ready for collection on the Friday. Very happy with repair and car returned washed and clean. Everyone we met was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Happy to recommend and would use again.

  Faulty lock on back door

  Mum was having problem with her back door. As she lives near Aldershot I need someone local urgently. Advised of call-out charge when I phoned. Ira turned up promptly, was really chilled, courteous and professional. Ended up rehanging the door to realign it and adjusted the lockplate (if that's what it's called). Really nice guy. Would use again and Mum can now lock her door properly.

  Renewed Ball Valve to Cold Water Tanks and overhauled hot water kitchen tap.

  Work arranged on behalf of my elderly mother for some minor repairs. Some slight confusion over appointment date for which Kevin was very apologetic. Work carried out as per estimate and kept informed. Quote from my mum "All done and dusted, he doesn't hang around and is a very nice man". Might sound a bit quaint but Kevin's manner is important to older people who worry about being ripped off. All our conversations and emails were very polite and pleasant. Would happily recommend and use again.
