  Responded quickly re work needed. Great communication throughout, quick quote turnaround and easy to book work in (even came out on a Bank Holiday). Work completed to excellent standard, areas left clean and tidy.

  Excellent service to sort out a potential major issue

  Had a problem with a shower and the water could not be turned off from the shower unit and the mains water tap was stuck and water was coming through into the kitchen ceiling. I contacted Taylor on a bank holiday and he was over within the hour and capped off the lines which went to the shower. Excellent promo service and so grateful to get this issue sorted at a very reasonable cost.

  Taylor was kind, responsive, and very easy to deal with. I received a prompt reply and an instant quote via WhatsApp, which was really helpful. When I explained the urgency, he made every effort to fit me in as soon as possible. The price was very reasonable too. Would happily recommend.
