  Loft boarding and new loft hatch/ladder

  Ben came to my home to assess the work and take measurements, then promptly sent a detailed quote. Communication throughout was quick, clear and friendly. The installation team were efficient and approachable, and the quality of the work was excellent. I was amazed by how much storage space the boarded loft provides, and having a dedicated loft ladder is a real bonus—no more carrying step ladders upstairs. Very happy with the result and would highly recommend.

  I was genuinely impressed with the quality of the work. Kieren’s attention to detail is almost borderline OCD (in the best possible way), ensuring everything was level, tidy, and perfectly finished. Communication was excellent throughout – very friendly, responsive to emails and texts, and he turned up exactly when he said they would. I couldn’t recommend Moores Fencing highly enough. They provide true value for money, with quality workmanship and I am really pleased with the end result. I would recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality fencing or gates.

  Re-align UPVC front door that would not lock properly

  Since moving into my home, I have had problems with my front door which got worse over the Christmas period. I tried following some self-guided videos to repair myself, I think I only made it worse to be honest! The re-alignment was great, and very friendly service. Great communication. The front door closes and looks so easily now that it feels brand-new would highly recommend this company and will keep their number on file for any future work.

  Repair/Replace Fascias

  The job involved a repair and UPVC replacement of facias on my property. Very friendly, no pressure quote and work was able to be done very quickly as well… Which gives peace of mind for the approaching winter weather. The end result looks very tidy and I’m relieved I won’t have any painting or maintenance for the UPVC facias for quite some time!

  Trim internal doors

  After installation of new carpet I was unable to properly close two bedroom doors. Jo was very helpful in arranging for Dave to pop round quickly to do this (as I had guests coming to stay). The work was done very quickly, no mess and my guests now have their privacy!

  Installation of new central heating system

  From initial consultation to installation, was really pleased with the work carried out by the team from SDP Plumbing and Heating Ltd. The scope of work involved the removal of an existing microbore heating system (1975 installation) and the cold/hot water tanks that fed the bathroom/kitchen, to connect instead direct to a gas combi boiler. The quality of the work was excellent and the friendly team of installers worked fast, removing the old system and installing a new boiler, new pipe work and new radiators, including chasing in the pipe work. Highly recommend!

  Full rewire of 4 bed home

  After purchasing a new (1970s) property with insufficient plugs and original wiring, I wanted a full rewire before I get into decorating. Communication from Rob was excellent and he gave some good advice on what we may need for future proofing (as I will want to extend the property in the future). Really please with the end results; I know now that everything is safe and will outlast me. Loved all the follow-up paperwork/certificates too. Would highly recommend and (having used Rob before a couple of times) I will definitely be going back to Rob when I rebuild the kitchen.

  New patio (front and back of property), fenced area for bin storage, new pathway

  Work on my mum’s property to install an easy-maintenance patio with path in the back garden, as well as a new paved area at front of the property with dedicated area for bin storage. Really pleased with the result and the team worked wonders considering it was done during the cold spell. I would both recommend this company and would use them again.
