Firstly - Jack as his team have been very impressive with communication, punctuality and site presentation. Everything from calling to organise the job to the completion, Arrow have been fantastic. Jack and his team have carried out a few jobs for us including boxing in pipes, hanging new doors, shelving, flooring and most recently fitting a new kitchen. I contacted Jack on WhatsApp and he was friendly and professional. One of his team visited and assessed what was needed. I shared the home buyers report and they quoted a reasonable and fair amount for the work. They came the next week and completed the work, they were very clean and tidy and worked to complete the job quickly and without disrupting us.
