  This contractor restored my faith in builders, after being let down very badly previously. It is such a shame that he does not do internal work because I would employ him in a second. He listens to your suggestions and follows through which is very rare since you often get patronised for being a women or judged for other reasons. He is so professional and in this day and age it is really hard to find a builder that takes pride in his work and will go beyond what is required. He is a credit to the industry. Please do not change.

  Excellent service. I was let down badly by another contractor and he stepped in and sorted everything quickly. They restored my confidence in contractors and will be using his firm again to complete the final phase. My brother is so impressed, he is looking to hire him in the near future. p.s.   Provided a valuable drainage survey. Jo went beyond most contractors by coming out at the weekend to complete the survey. The survey helps us to identify potential areas of water ingress. Hopefully, the info will provide invaluable info to the building contractor.
