  Great all round experience

  Joe conducted our CCTV survey of storm and foul drainage on our property. Joe provided a fast and efficient survey covering all drain runs on site. Joe took the time to explain the process as it was undertaken. I can't say anything other than a great all round experience. From my experience I would certainly recommend MSM Surveys.

  Very pleased with the service from MSM Surveys. Joe was professional, helpful and clear throughout. The report was produced promptly and was easy to understand, with a drainage layout plan and clear findings. The survey successfully identified the public sewer route and also highlighted an issue on one of the gully connections, which was very useful for planned annex works. I would happily recommend them.

  Excellent service from Joe. We requested a drain survey for a house we were buying as advised by the solicitors. It was carried out within a week of requesting. We obtained 3 quotes from different suppliers and he came out in the middle of the three but still reasonable. Communication by email was fantastic from Joe on what would be done and when, with prompt responses. Report was received on the same day of inspection. Would use again. Thank you.

  Drain survey

  Joe was brilliant from initial enquiry to getting me booked in and sorting the issue. My initial enquiry was a drain survey to see if I could install a lower ground bathroom so needed a cctv survey to check the pipes. Turns out there was a blockage and it needed to be flushed through. Joe came back a second time to solve the problem and once the problem was solved on my residential property, it highlighted further problems with the shared sewerage which belong to Severn Trent. There was root ingress. Severn trent have also been excellent and will be round in 96 hours to sort out.
