    Public Sewer 'Build Over' Survey

    Joe from MSM was great to work with with a positive attitude. Quick to respond to emails and on the day sent a tracker link so we could estimate his arrival. The CCTV survey and footage was returned to us very quickly. We would not hesitate to engage MSM again for our post works survey.

    Great communication from MSM Surveys. Joe attended on time and effectively determined that the issue lay, not with my drainage but advised that I should contact Severn Trent.     Efficient and upfront

    Very impressed by the service from Joe to repair a broken soil pipe going into the ground. He was upfront about the scope of work, timings and costs ahead of time and worked very efficiently to fix the issue quickly. I'd highly recommend him.

Midland Sewer Maintenance Limited - trading as MSM Surveys - are a local company formed in 2015 by two friends with over 30 years of experience in the drainage industry between them. Based in The West Midlands, we can cover work nationwide and specialise in CCTV Surveys of pipework including a full report and video footage up to industry standard for reasons such as construction planning (including ‘build over’ surveys & sewer diversion surveys) or simply to investigate the cause of regular blockages.


We also provide services such as high-pressure water jetting of drains, root cutting and routine drainage maintenance for domestic and commercial properties.
