  Good and prompt service and report received for drainage issue.

  My mother had a problem with the drainage system of her house. We contacted the company for a quote to provide a survey and camera scan for the insurance company. Comparative quote provided and convenient appointment arranged. Turned up in a timely manner. Provided well executed survey and report. Joe Essex was very helpful and fully explained the issue. Would recommend this company to others.

  We needed a CCTV survey on our extension. Joe replied quickly and a quote soon followed. This was a fair price. We agreed a date and time for the work and Joe arrived 30 minutes early. He explained what he was going to do and how long he expected it to take. There was a problem which explained to me and we discussed options. I would definitely recommend Joe for an excellent service.

  ⸻ I received excellent service from Joe Essex from start to finish. After my Level 2 homebuyer survey flagged potential drainage issues, I contacted Joe and he liaised with the estate agents to carry out a CCTV drainage survey the very next day. He promptly emailed after the visit, confirming there were no major concerns and providing the full CCTV report. Joe was professional throughout, with fantastic communication, and his service was very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend Joe for his excellent work

  Blocked drain

  Joe has done drainage work for us before so we knew that he would do a good job very efficiently. He fitted us in as soon as he could and arrived on time. The drain was overflowing badly with water backing up by the kitchen door. He unblocked drain by removing concrete that was encroaching the gully grid, removing the gully grid and rodding to clear blockage. He removed silt from gully, tested, and left free flowing. Joe had given us a clear estimate before the job started. He made suggestions to prevent reoccurrence. I would not hesitate to call him again for any drainage work
