  Very professional and efficient sewer survey provider

  Following information from Seven Trent we had to initiate a sewer survey at short notice to identify the public and private Sewers near to a proposed extension at my property. My builder recommended Joe of MSM who was able to undertake the survey within two days which immediatly confirmed that our planned works were within an acceptable distance of the sewers. This information allowed Seven Trent to approve our work to the satisfaction of Building Control, thereby not delaying the development. A very prompt and professional survey service.

  I needed a CCTV homebuyer’s drain survey while purchasing my recent property in Malvern. Joe was helpful, responsive and professional throughout. The survey was booked in promptly, and the report was detailed and clear. Joe was also very helpful in answering my follow-up questions about the defects identified in the report. Although he was not able to undertake the repair I needed, he discussed my options and pointed me in the right direction to repair the defective drain. I would use again.
