  Joe was super efficient from fist communication, to site visit and production of our cctv report. One company quoted us two hours on site and Joe did the job in less than an hour, which was reflected in the quote and saved us a good chunk of money. Would certainly recommend Joe.

  Drain CCTV Survey

  Absolutely great work!

  We needed a new drain gulley fitting, and despite it not being as straightforward as anticipated, Joe took it all in his stride. He kept me informed, was punctual and replied to messages really quickly, as well as providing a very reasonable quote. A really easy-going, pleasant chap to deal with - I would not hesitate to use his services again and recommend him to others.

  CCTV survey for new property purchase

  CCTV Survey was carried out for the purchase of a new property. Joe responded to all calls and emails in a professional manner and promptly. He liaised directly with the agents to attend the property and conduct the survey. He verbally explained everything to me before leaving and then promptly sent me a very detailed report which had to be shared with the water company. He was very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend him and use for future services he provides.

  Exceptionally brilliant drainage CCTV Survey Report

  I am extremely thankful to Joe for his exceptional work. He is a true professional who delivers his services both promptly and to an outstanding standard. We had an unusual situation involving a blocked manhole, and Joe was able to identify the root cause. It turned out to be an issue with Severn Trent. When the issue has been fixed, Joe returned promptly and completed his work efficiently and professionally. He provided a detailed report, including video evidence, and spent around an hour explaining everything clearly and thoroughly. Excellent work. Highly recommended.
