  Good at solution, not the best at follow-up admin

  Keith came over and helped sort out our boiler which is great. Unfortunately I asked for a receipt on two occasions and I never received it. My messages were seen but not replied to, which was disappointing. Something else has gone wrong with the boiler, so I also asked for the part name of what was replaced, and didn't receive it.

  Floor repairs and decorating

  Richard was incredible. We asked him for a few odd jobs here and there. He repaired part of our floor, installed door separators, sanded and painted door trims, and he was always very tidy, courteous, respectful and just incredible overall. He was recommended to me by a friend, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable carpenter and decorator.
