  The work was quoted clearly. The work was completed quickly and efficiently with pictures to show old and new G10 seal. The service details were updated. A comprehensive session on how to manage the Hive system was given. All OK .

  The door needed a smaller gauge lock fitting so there was a small delay while he sourced the part. He was very clear about pricing and showed us the part catalogue. The date planning for the 2nd fitting visit was easy to arrange. I would recommend this locksmith. Very friendly, clean working and reliable.

  They were very reliable and courteous as a team. Kosta went to great lengths to ensure that we had the appropriate bricks and paving slabs. By this I mean that he drove us around a variety of brick/paving suppliers until we found exactly what we liked. The admin process was also very smooth. We would strongly recommend them.

  Issue with tripping switch on consumer board.

  Came out to quote - did detailed investigation and some changes on the consumer unit with no charge. Left us to monitor the situation. We have had to follow up with another trigger event and he has been very supportive. He has been very helpful.
