  Delightful experience with Rick and Jack. Alarm is great and the install was quick and efficient. Well explained in terms of functionality and ever so helpful at every step. I particularly appreciated the no pressure approach to the enquiry. Made the right choice with this company - and I feel that the customer service was exactly as I would like it to be done. Best customer service treatment I’ve had in many many years.
