  Exterior painting and repairs

  William and his company, Alan Lancaster, carried out exterior decoration of my 4 story early Victorian house. The quote was detailed and reasonable, and the work was carried out in good time, despite bad weather. Windows and doors were repaired, rendering was restored and the whole exterior was repainted. New cellar doors were fitted and repair of external pipework and some rewiring were also done. William was very well organised and ensured that everything went smoothly. I was very pleased with the results and have no hesitation in recommending his company.

  Problem with outside pipe overflowing when hot water was heating.

  William responded very quickly to my request and was able to diagnose and fix the problem at one visit. He restored the air gap in the Megaflo hot water cylinder, and carried out a service, all for a very reasonable price. This was the second time he had helped out with a heating problem and as before did an excellent job. Highly recommended.

  Brilliant. William always responds quickly and discusses the problem first with email details and photos, saving time. He follows up with details of the work before and after, including photos. His crew are great and he provides specialist engineers when needed. Highly recommended.

  Sean was able to do the job very soon after the initial enquiry and phoned to say when he would arrive. He sorted the problem very quickly and was efficient. Friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.
