  Professional, fuss-free mini-split installation

  We were really impressed by the work Neil did in installing a mini-split system in our loft conversion. Neil made helpful suggestions for running the cables and pipework, and the resulting job was very neat. The jobsite was left clean and tidy. Neil's quotation was very competitive and communication before and after the installation was excellent.

  Internal alterations to existing extension

  Alban and his team were extremely hardworking and reliable. They turned up every day at 8 and worked through until 6 o'clock, typically doing 6 days a week. The work was completed on time and on budget. The quote we received was very competitive (a few thousand pounds less than another firm) and we are very happy with the end result.

  This is the second time we have used Kevin and, once again, we were really impressed by the quality of his work. He was able to overcome the challenge of a subfloor that our builders had left out of level and to deal effectively with our heavy, large-format tiles. Kevin has excellent attention to detail and really is a safe pair of hands if (like us) you are a bit of a perfectionist. We hope to use Kevin again in the future when we retile our kitchen.

  Installation of large-format bathroom tiles and underfloor heating

  Employing Kevin to tile our new bathroom (and install underfloor heating) was the best decision we made. He did an excellent job of fitting our large-format tiles and kept us fully informed of our options with respect to layout and positioning of the tiles. He had to work around a range of other tradespeople and to deal with walls that were not perfectly plumb. He was a calm and professional presence on a busy site. We simply cannot fault the job he did.

  We called Garry after noticing a faint smell of gas in our kitchen. He was good enough to come later the same day and undertook a thorough inspection, checking all the joints and pipework for possible leaks (happily not finding anything amiss).

  Installation of Motorised Diverter Valve.

  Garry was good enough to step in when we were let down by another heating engineer. He came promptly to quote for the work and completed the job a few days later very quickly and efficiently. Garry was also kind enough to sort out a leaking tap and didn't charge extra for his trouble.

  Installation of new boiler.

  Gary is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the details of our installation. The work was completed according to the estimate and in the time-frame that we had agreed. In addition to the installation of a new boiler, Gary also fitted an extended flue and plume kit, a filling loop for the boiler, and a MagnaClean filter.
