  Sink pipe re-routed

  We were contacted promptly and after a visit and discussion, we were sent a price for the job and then arranged for the work to be completed the following week. The plumber arrived a little later than planned on the day but the work was then completed to a very good standard with updates throughout as well as consultation on some different options on how to proceed. I would recommend LMT to friends and family.

  Repair leaking dormer lead

  After speaking on the phone we arranged a time to view the issue the next day. After an inspection and agreeing to the quote, the work was carried out quickly and professionally. Further advice was given on another issue with a very reasonable plan of action. Will be calling First Class again.

  Blocked Sink

  Keith was very prompt to call and was able to come early the next day. After arriving promptly he set to work troubleshooting and eventually managed to unblock the sink. Keith also offered advice and help which was very useful. Very respectful and he worked cleanly and efficiently.

  Alex was responsive and engaging. He communicated very well about which materials were available. On the day he arrived with a colleague and asked some questions throughout the day just to confirm our exact wishes. Both Alex and his colleague were respectful and cleaned up immaculately. I’ve already passed on his details and wouldn’t hesitate to call on him again.

  Rising damp repair/prevention

  Everybody I spoke to was very helpful and the workman did a great job and explained everything along with tidying up as he went along. I would recommend them to anyone needing work.
