  I can’t praise Keith enough. Nothing was too much trouble, and he worked tirelessly to get to the bottom of the problem, which he fixed. His pricing was fair, and he clearly explains the cost before starting, once he’s assessed everything. A genuinely great guy – I’d recommend him 100%.

  Blocked Soil Pipe

  What an absolute pleasure it was to deal with this company. Not only did they do an excellent job of unblocking my soil pipe and associated drainage but they were punctual, friendly, did not try rip me off and in my opinion went over and above what I expected them to do. As a tradesman myself and a very fussy customer, it was a delight to deal with someone with the same values of honesty and decency that I have myself, which is most definitely not a given these days. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone with drainage issues.

  Shared manhole successfully unblocked

  Called out Aplusservice he was very helpful and very thorough with his work, he looked into finding out what was causing my problem by investigating with a camera and explaining everything to me so I could understand the problem, i had previously called out Thames water as the problem wasn’t on my property but found them to be unhelpful, Aplusservice gave advice as what I should be looking at to prevent future problems arising, he stayed with me for a few hours investigating the problem and fixing my issue that hadn’t been previously fixed, i was pleased with the price and would recommend

  Speedy service

  We had been having problems with one of our drains for weeks. Tried everything including 3 lots of caustic soda, nothing worked.and it started overflowing onto the sideway. Contacted Aplusservices who responded within minutes. Said they would be round within the hour. Quoted two prices, one for simply removing blockage and one if flushing was necessary. Both prices seemed very reasonable. No flushing was required and a ball of fat was removed. All done within half an hour and they even checked our other drains removing weeds from one. Only downside we weren’t given a receipt!

  Great service

  This is the second time I’ve used Keith and he’s been brilliant both. He arrived on time, did the job well and left everywhere looking neat and tidy. Highly recommend him.
