  Front door lock broken

  Our newly fitted front door lock failed (after just a few months). One simple phone call to AT and it was immediately replaced under warranty - no hassle, no charge. Issues can always arise - but it's how they are managed that is the real measure of the company. Excellent, first class response. I would highly recommend this company.
