  Emergency plumbing - replacement valve

  They were very quick to reply to us when we needed an emergency plumber on a Saturday. The plumber arrived within a couple of hours, diagnosed the problem quickly & contacted head office to get us an updated quote there and then. Jessica’s customer service and communication throughout was brilliant and the plumbing issue was sorted within a few hours of us posting the job on Checkatrade. Very happy.

  New patio and regrouting of existing patio

  I’m thrilled with the work carried out by Bill and his team. Bill responded to my advert on checkatrade quickly and obtaining a quote was straightforward. They turned up when they said they would - and on time - and were courteous and tidy. We changed our mind and direction a couple of times but Bill was always happy to help and answer questions and communicated clearly throughout the work being done. The new patio looks fab! The existing patio needed a bit of TLC and we’re happy with the work carried out. Bill and team were very efficient! We’ll definitely be having them back!

  Spraying ivy with weed killer

  It was really easy to get a quote by sending in photos and a description of access etc - much easier than having someone come out to assess the job beforehand. We have ivy growing in a hard to reach area (between two fences) which we wanted completely removed. The solution was to spray with a weed killer. The team were polite and got the job done quickly. It’s too early to tell whether or not it’s worked though!
