  Angel arrived on time & I had clear accurate communication with Alana before his visit He quickly identified the issue, sourced the required parts & completed the job in good time, whilst keeping me fully informed. He arrived on time, worked professionally, and left the area spotless. Charlton fully briefed me on the openers' workings and maintenance and highlighted the various features.   I want to thank David and his colleague for completing this project. Repointing is a messy, weather-dependent process. David ensured that I was kept fully informed throughout the work.   Emergency repairs to valve

  Contacted Phil on Mon 19th due to failure of heating system. He diagnosed the issue and ordered a replacement part. Phil fitted the part on Wed 21st and the system is working well. Once again really good service Thanks
