Richard Banks carried out an Electrical Installation Condition Report on my 30-year-old property. He gave clear advice beforehand, quoted a very fair price, and arrived exactly as agreed. Richard was professional, tidy, and thoughtful — especially around our three dogs. He found a few faults, explained them clearly, and fixed everything to a high standard at a reasonable rate. I now feel confident my electrics are safe and up to current regulations. Highly recommended!
