Plastering and painting the new ceilings as well as the refurbishment of existing architrave and repainting, plus refitting the light fittings and hard-wired smoke detectors.

    Very well-executed roof conversion in a 1950s detached bungalow to building regs standard. Strengthening the existing structure before creating a large bedroom, bathroom, walk-in cupboard plus eaves access spaces and doors, a solid pine bespoke staircase and windows. This work carried out included flooring, walls, plastering, electrics, plumbing and carpentry to a very high standard.

    Repointing a chimney, replacing chimney pot and checking the flashings and other work.

    Excellent preparation, scaffolding erected the day before and RML arrived as promised at 8 a.M. And worked throughout the day. The standard of workmanship was excellent and the two guys took a lot of trouble to make sure that the finished job was perfect. They also cleaned up afterwards and left the roof and driveway spotless. I will definitely be using them again.
