  Guy Turns up 5 mins early, on a Bank Holiday. Inspects roof and fixes within an hour, after other trades people had tried and failed. Charged me an incredibly reasonable rate for work carried out.

  Remove old cement verge and replace with new dry verge. Remove chimney stack.

  Polite and friendly. Advised me of potential problems without trying to add to costs and resolved those issues within the original quotation. Cleaned site at the end of each day and cleaned windows, cills, etc. on completion of work. Very pleased with completed job.
