  Chris and his team were great. His communication skills are fab and he makes sure you are kept well informed and doesn’t hold back on asking on key decisions. Quality of work was excellent and left the house neat and tidy. Will deffo use again if I have any more jobs.

  Drain Clearance and Reline of old pipes

  Professional and clearly very knowledgable in the field, Steve and his colleagues did a great job with both unblocking and re-lining our drains. We are currently doing a rear kitchen extension and Steve kindly made the time to liaise with our workers to ensure the appropriate steps were taken to bring our home’s new/old drainage upto scratch. Hopefully won’t require his services again but if we do, Would not hesitate in using SAS!

  Works were done to a very high standard and carried out in a tidy and professional manner. They were very flexible with a sudden change of start dates and considerate of my home' s interior when rear access was blocked. They even swept the front of my house and fixed a loose PVC board on my front window without me even asking which saved me a Saturday afternoon!
