  Diagnose oven problem, order and fit the replacement part

  James was really good at communicating with me, which meant we could arrange mutually convenient times for him to diagnose and then fit the new part. He’s very professional and also approachable. We had a good chat. He acts very promptly so the oven was fixed within a few days.

  Investigate possible damp

  Ben was a little late arriving but he kept me informed of this by email. He reassured me that the marks on my bedroom wall are typical of condensation not a "bad news" damp problem. He tested the walls to confirm that they were not damp. He also gave me some advice about how to reduce and hopefully eliminate the condensation. My concern was that I had to live with this because I live very close to the river and canal. Ben said that was not the case and there has been no condensation which could be because I have better heating, acted on Ben's advice and it hasn't been as cold outside.

  Replace Kitchen, bath and en-suite taps because they leak.

  This is the 2nd time I have used Dominic. He is always polite and helpful. I messaged him on Wednesday and he came to see the job on the Friday. He came again on the Sunday to show me the tap catalogue. There was no extra charge for this. Finally he came back to fit the taps on The following Friday, which was yesterday. He is very professional and happy to explain what he is doing. The new taps are great with no leaks spotted so far. He also did a couple of other small jobs while he was here. I am very satisfied with the work he has done and the cost. He is trustworthy.

  Fix the toilet which continued to run afyer the main flush.

  Dominic made contact very promptly and came and saw the job the next day at a time which suited me. He charged less to fix 2 toilets than my other quote for 1 toilet. He is very friendly and outgoing and reduced the cost on the day (saturday 0830). Very efficient services
