  CM & Sons have been superb to deal with from my initial enquiry, quote and then the job done. They provided pictures of different fencing options, the quote and arranged a date for the job within 24hrs. On the planned date they arrived on time and got straight on, working non-stop until the job was finished. The site was left clean and tidy and the team were a pleasure to deal with.   Highly recommended. I contacted Steve yesterday to arrange an appointment for an EPC assessment. He kindly fitted it in today. He arrived on time, was friendly, polite and very professional. Steve explained the process and carried out the assessment as described. The draft certificate for approval arrived approximately 3 hours later. Excellent customer service.

  I received a prompt reply to my initial request. A date and time was agreed. I was contacted when ATV were running slightly late.   Repair to ridge cement and change of colour on a resin roof

  As always a prompt, fairly priced and well executed job by Michael and his team. We have used Michael a few times now and have never had any issue with his work. I explained the repair needed, Michael came to have a look, gave us a quote and luckily his team were able to come later that day. Highly recommended.

  Repair leaking roof on the garage and repair missing ridge cement on the house

  We have used Express Roofing several times now. Michael is always responsive to any messages, his quotes are given straightaway and his prices are very fair for excellent workmanship. The repairs carried out yesterday followed a message sent that morning, a quote within an hour and then the job carried out that afternoon. We would highly recommend this company.
