  Replacement of rotten decking with new

  Cliff had previously replaced my front fence (see earlier review) and I had no hesitation in asking him for a quote to replace my decking which had rotted through (it was over 20 years old and came with the house). I had previously considered doing the job myself and had priced up the wood, but Cliff's quote to supply and install everything was less than my price just for the materials. He and his mate communicated clearly, arrived on the appointed date, did a neat and tidy job and removed all the waste. I would strongly recommend and will use again for any similar jobs.

  Back garden fence

  They came out for a quote very quickly, and had the figures back to me within the day. Booked in the same day with great communication. Job was completed in a day with a great looking fence and everything left cleaner than before they started, would definitely recommend to anyone

  Garden fence repair

  I had a fence repaired due to storm damage. I didn't meet the guys in person but all communication was very prompt, clear and concise. They did a great job, quoting within a day of the job being posted and completing the work 2 days later. They supplied photos before and after the fence was repaired and offered to come back to remove the temporary support posts. The job was done at a very competitive price, not the cheapest quote, but I chose them because of the speed and professionalism of communication. Would certainly recommend CM & Sons

  To replace and repair around 100ft of fencing

  Cliff quoted for the job and was the only company to offer treated or untreated wood. The work was completed in one day and they left the gardens in perfect condition. They were the cheapest quote (roughly £600 cheaper than the other three quotes) and have done a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Cliff!!
