  Dismantling and disposing of hot tub

  I used Simon’s services to dismantle and dispose of a hot tub and couldn’t be happier. He was very responsive when booking the job and kept everything well organised. Two of his team arrived exactly on time, just as agreed, and were friendly and polite throughout. They completed the work quickly and efficiently and left the area perfectly clean and tidy. I would happily use Simon again next time I need items disposed of and would highly recommend his service.

  Walls for our ground floor extension are up

  The walls for our ground floor extension have now been built. The whole team did really good and efficient work, and they always ensure the site is tidy and are very respectful of our neighbours.

  Structural piers are up

  All the structural piers are now up. The whole team is always very polite and friendly and keeps the site tidy. Chris is always available when we have questions or need an update on the plan for the coming days/weeks. The walls are also starting to come up so it's getting really exciting to see the progress at the end of each day.

  Block and beams are in

  The Unique crew have built the block and beam structure ready for construction of the extension. It’s reassuring to know that the extension will have a solid base correcting the previously outdated subfloor of the removed previous extension. Excited to see the new building come together.

  Ground floor extension replacing old extension and conservatory

  We are month in and Chris and his crew have done a stellar job so far. We have had the conservatory removed, a previous extension demolished, and most of the foundations laid and prepared for the new extension to be constructed. The communication has been really solid, any problems encountered have been resolved in a timely manner. Chris is often on-site, making sure everything is running smoothly. He keeps us updated regularly. The team has worked tirelessly and have been considerate of our neighbours and our comfort while we are living on-site. The site is kept tidy at the end of every day.
