  Architectural drawings and building regs for extension

  Extension Plans offer a very cheap service compared to high street architects. However, their architects and designers are remote. Sometimes it's a bit slower to work in this format. However, I would still highly recommend them for simpler projects such as my 3m rear kitchen extension which was within permitted development.

  New kitchen fitted, new bathroom fitted, hallway flooring and lighting

  In his defense, final kitchen and bathroom were fine but overall experience was poor 1 Did not keep me informed about extra costs in writing (should have been professional courtesy) 2 Although I faced delivery issues, he still said he would finish mid-May; finished end-June 3 Worked past regular business hours - got complaints from neighbors 4 After loft cleaning, lights had serious issues. He refused to accept responsibility even though issue is only with the lights he installed. Will cost hundreds extra to fix.
