He got in touch quickly, provided a clear quote, and was incredibly patient when I got confused with the schedule and needed to move the appointment. ​He messaged me when he was on his way, which I really appreciated as it helped me prepare for him arriving. He was punctual, friendly, and very respectful of my home, making sure to clean up after himself. He didn't just fit the light; he took the time to demonstrate that it worked and even gave me some extra advice I needed - thank you

  The whole experience with Scope Home Security was really good I am very grateful. I was contacted quickly and was given a quote that broke down exactly what I was paying. Gentleman turned up promptly and was friendly, courteous and respectful of my property. Work was completed to a high standard and the man was clearly trustworthy and took pride in doing job to a high standard and leaving the place clean afterwards.   Anton was absolutely brilliant. He was incredibly polite, courteous. Genuinely went above and beyond. He contacted me incredibly quickly. He explained the process so I could understand. He attended promptly and kept me updated the whole time. I was very grateful he didn't pressure me into anything. While in my property he was incredibly respectful and kind. Most importantly he completed the work to a very high standard. When he left he was kind and polite and again didn't pressure me to leave a review or anything. Honestly. I would really recommend Anton. Really really great. Thank you

  Tony was completely excellent. He responded quickly to my message and came the same day. He kept me updated about when he was coming and called me when he was on the way. He was friendly, polite, courteous and respectful at all times while completing the work which he did quickly and efficiently. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything was done as I wanted it to be and did even more than had been original quoted to make sure I was safe and happy. The price was exactly as quoted and Tony even had a card machine so I could have paid by card if I'd wanted to.
