  Central Heating Pump Replacement

  Richard was great - he got back to me as soon as I put in a request as my heating system had stopped working. He checked some steps with me via WhatsApp initially to try to avoid the need for a call out, which was really appreciated. In the end it turned out that my system needed a new pump which Richard replaced for me. He also explained how the system worked. Would definitely recommend and use again - thank you!

  Gas boiler service

  The service was initially booked for before Christmas but the engineer didn’t turn up. I then rescheduled for the new year but again the engineer was unable to come on the agreed day and phoned me at the end of the booked time slot to let me know. Once the engineer did arrive the service was carried out well and professionally, but I wouldn’t feel comfortable using this company in an emergency after my experience.
