  Moved two wall lights for us by 200 cm.

  Terry and his son very professional and left very clean. I think the price of £432 seemed exorbitant as it took only an hour but I can’t complain considering we agreed to that price when they quoted based on pictures.

  Steve was excellent! Turned up at short notice, found the issue at hand and sorted it all for us. Really polite chap too. All round great experience! Will be calling him again.

  Removal of Rim block from our toilet

  I wish I could rate these guys any lower. We called these guys to remove a rim block from one of our toilets. Whilst the engineer who turned up was quite nice, he turned up 1 hour late. He spent about 2 hours with us and stated in absolute terms that he had removed the rim block and we got charged over £150 for this. We settled this on the same day. 2 weeks later the toilet gets blocked again! It took us couple of more weeks to get to it, since I was travelling for work. Called these guys again to query it, and ahoy! We spoke to a guy called Shaun who besides being condescending, merely lied!
