9.33 Replacement of extractor fan

I placed a request for an electrician to check the wiring on the existing extractor fan in the shower, and replace it if necessary Steve contacted me and came and evaluated the job. I agreed a price to replace the extractor fan and also to put in a separate pull cord to operate it. He returned the next day after contacting me to confirm he was on his way. Steven was very smart and polite, came out to look at the job and we thought he was going to complete the job, mis understanding on our behalf.
