  what a great experience, from start to finish, Luke not only listened to my requirements the first time I met him, he also offerred ideas that were very valuable. Luke and Max both very friendly did a brilliant job, we are very impressed. Luke could have taken the easy way out and just said I needed a plasterer, but he didn't and kept within the quote, which I appreciated, this did not effect the finish which I am very happy with. I would not hesitate to use them again, and do thoroughly recommend them to anyone

  External tap not working

  I had a tap changed last year and this year it did not work. Danny came along at the time he said, I found him polite and professional. He not only fixed the problem but also gave me some great advice on preventing the tap from seizing up again. If the plumber that fixed the tap last year had been Danny then I would not have had to pay for another plumber to fix it again. Thank you Danny for a job well done, quickly, good advice, cleanly and at reasonable price!

  Lock that sticks

  Everything about my experience was brilliant, I got a response from my enquiry very fast, the costing was made very clear to me. Even though I did not require a fast response, that's what I got, the very next day I had a visit by Rob. He was very punctual, polite, professional, and informed during the job what he was doing to rectify the problem. I had that lock changed previously by a local locksmith and the difference between the local and Rob was vast, needless to say I would never use the local again. I would definitely use Beaus locksmith again, thoroughly recommended.

  Large bushes removed!

  The large bushes that needed to be taken away was just became imposing (Trachycarpus and Pittosporum) . Patrick answered all my concerns I had regarding the job. He was very reassuring and put me at ease on the process. He arrived on time , and throughout he kept me advised and made sure that the plants I wanted was protected and the ones I didn't was removed. A great job done, bushes not only gone, but also the root balls, and I am delighted with the result. Patrick and his team was professional, friendly and his quote was reasonable. I would not hesitate to use this service again.

  Tim is friendly, courteous , punctual, professional, he has done a great job , the rooms are looking fantastic, when asked to fix a problem with my one wall, he was very willing to tackle it and he resolved it so well! The costing was very reasonable. Each day he cleaned up and finished in a timely fashion, thanks Tim!

  Replace crazy paving/concrete

  Aaron Is polite, prompt and professional, I found that some traders, I had to pester for the quote, not so Aaron, I had it that same day by email, what he said he did, I value that. He fitted my job in very quickly, I also on the day requested additional work, which he agreed to with a great price. His team turned up on time, were friendly, polite and encouraged me to inspect the job and ask questions and were very knowledgeable and professional. They done the job in one day instead of two and I now have a fantastic patio and path. Left everything very clean also. Very pleased with the job!

  I found that Gary was polite, helpful, very knowledgeable, answering all my queries on the day of the quote and the days following. His advice was invaluable. He was prompt, his work is excellent and I now have access to my loft, he installed a light and has boarded some of the loft under difficult circumstances as my loft has loads of junk up there, he fully demonstrated how it all worked which was appreciated. He did all the work by himself, and made sure everything was clean before he left. I have no problem in recommending him

  Replacing ceiling lamp shades

  I value reliability and found that Kyle is, and is very prompt! I found him polite and friendly, I wanted additional work done, and he was not phased by this and said he would advise me of the cost before starting, which he not only did, but advised me of another way of rectifying another problem I raised. There was a problem in the fitting of one of the shades and Kyle was able to give me a couple of options to solve this, I am delighted with the work he has done. He made sure that where he worked it was kept clean. I found his pricing reasonable also! I recommend him and use him again.

  Fitting new toilet seat!

  The toilet seat had a top fix that is concealed and one of the bolts had seized and I could not get it off, Harry arranged a time to come around and he was on the dot, not a minute before or after, I was very impressed. He set about the problem and had that seat off and the new one installed perfectly, Harry is polite and friendly did a great job, I would not hesitate to use him in bigger jobs I may have, and would recommend him.
