  Reliable, sincere and honest company that does quality work

  I learned about Andy and his business via a local Facebook group and checked him out here via Checkatrade. We hired him to redecorate a two bedroom one bathroom flat. He and his team did a great job. Andy provided a detailed quote with schedule of works, schedule of payments, and a contract. He showed up when he said he would. Andy sourced the materials needed including the paint which was helpful as my partner and I have busy jobs. He also communicated regularly and asked questions if he was unsure of something. Andy's team did a great job and we are really pleased with the results.

  Very straightforward to organise and great job done

  It was straightforward to organise the cleaning job over Whatsapp with Marieta. The cleaning person arrived on time and did a great job cleaning my two bedroom one bathroom flat. Very pleased with the results and I would use this company again.

  Straightforward to organise and good service

  I organised the cleaning through Dean and he was able to accommodate my limited availability. He had one of his people come on the day who came on time and did the cleaning efficiently. I asked if he could also give the window sills a scrub and he did. The windows looked so much better. The operative was lovely, asked if I had questions and checked I was happy with everything. I would definitely use Dean's company again.

  Clearing out and tidying a garden

  This is the second or third time I used TK Gardeners and although it took a little longer to receive the quote, the quality of the work they do is excellent. Plus the guys who do the work are courteous, friendly and helpful. I plan to use them again.

  Put a rubber coating on a flat roof to fix a leak.

  Dave from D&D Roofing and Construction was professional, managed to fit the job in quickly, seemed to work efficiently and left the site clean. The new rubber coating did not fix the leak 100% (but that coating was needed anyway as the GRP coating was cracking) so Dave came out again to assess what could be the issue. He applied sealant to an out flow pipe that did not have any and so far we haven't had any further leaking, which is great.

  Identifying where a leak was occurring, fixing it and retiling the bathroom.

  They very well organised, the project was well managed and I received daily progress updates. They were also open to my wish to reuse sanitary ware, fittings and the vanity table as they were in good condition. Although a few fittings were lost, they took care of everything else and reinstalled it and purchased a replacement fitting. The works were finished on time and the tiling and everything looks good. There was an issue with the new shower valve and they fixed that within a week of identifying it. I plan to use them again.
