  One year on - I'm still very happy with their work

  Sam and the team could not possibly have been better - and I'm still so glad that I chose them for my bathroom and kitchen renovation. They brought along a *huge* amount of expertise, incredibly efficient ways of working and communicated clearly throughout. I only just found an old to-do list and realised I hadn't left them a review (clearly they're more organised than I am! 🤦‍♂️) but that means I can give some extra reassurance to anyone wondering if their work holds up long-term - it does, and I still love it as much a year later as I did on the day it was completed.   Really lovely work, I'm so pleased with the final result. As with any carpentry job it's important to be very clear about what you're looking for - so I had sketches and reference pictures to show; then Dainius took them and created exactly what I had in mind. It did end up costing a bit more than the initial quote (largely because I wanted specific materials and a more complex build) but it was still very reasonable.

  Exceptionally knowledgable about his craft, and very up-front and honest about the benefits/drawbacks of all the options available. I'd been messed around a bit by the provider that I bought my reclaimed boards from (a different company, who provided the wrong sub-species) and he was instantly able to spot the issue and give me some guidance about my options.   Though Pro Sage didn't end up doing any work, Dan came over on very short notice to check on a mould/damp problem that had been uncovered while removing some fitted wardrobes. He did some checks and advised me that I'd be able to get sufficient treatment done by a regular plasterer - and so he didn't think it would be worth my money to pay for a damp specialist plasterer like himself. I really appreciated the refreshing honesty, and getting his professional advice even though he wasn't going to make money from it.

  Removing Fitted Warderobes

  Had a great experience with Mr B. What we had both assumed was a simple job ended up being massively complicated by finding black mould, wrecked plasterboard and fibreglass insulation behind the fitted wardrobes that were being removed. Gary went above-and-beyond to clear out all of the mess, and stayed late to ensure the place was left looking perfect. Never heard the phrase "we can't help with that", which I would have expected from many other removal companies. The cost did increase a bit, but it was still very reasonable considering the scope of the job grew so much.

  Henry was great - he turned up with all the tools and equipment he needed (none of the typical "I need to come back in a week with the right parts") and got the job done swiftly. He also checked to make sure that I didn't need any additional work done, and replaced only the broken parts. Would definitely recommend.

  Perry and the team were fantastic from beginning to end. They were prepared with all the necessary equipment, materials and expertise that they needed to hit the ground running on the day of the project. They delivered the job far quicker than I anticipated, and to an incredibly high standard. Furthermore, they were all really polite and friendly throughout the time they spent at the house - and they left it cleaner than when they started. I'd definitely use them again, and would absolutely recommend them.

  Phil and the team were great. They came prepared and on time, then went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the work - and they left the place cleaner than when they started! They provided a really reasonable quote and gave me options depending on whether I wanted the full bells-and-whistles or just the quickest fix for my specific issue - which I really appreciated. Would definitely use again (though the quality of work seems good enough that I hopefully won't need any more work on the gutters for years!)
