  Single Story Extension

  Sean also our favourite builder out of everyone who quoted, and it just so happened he also came in cheapest. Sean’s team were incredible, always ready to start work dead on 8am, working full days and tidying up every single day leaving a spotless site. Nothing was an issue, even last minute additions of velux windows, and a slight relocation. The attention to detail was brilliant, and by far the best finish we’ve ever had from any builders. They also said the e project would take around 4 weeks and they were dead on the 4 weeks. Really impressed and would highly recommended

  House Rewiring and Extractor Fan Installation

  We have used Mark countless times now as he is simply brilliant. He is very reasonably priced and great workmanship. He is a great communicator, and always turns up on time. We've used Mark over a couple of years to rewire the whole house (which was shoddy before hand). He has done a fantastic job and has never charged more than quoted despite running in to trouble a couple of times. We have already recommended to family who have used his services and are equally happy with the work carried out. Highly recommend, will definitely be using again. Thanks Mark!

  To draw up architectural working building plans and quote for kitchen/utility extension.

  Build 71's architect was incredibly poor. On receiving initial plans, we waited a month to receive an amended version. After receiving rude email/phone responses from the architect, our plans were submitted. Building inspection at the local council have since stated how the plans miss key details and have incorrect calculations stated on them (which have increased build cost). When flagging we were not happy we’d paid in full when the plans were wrong, Build 71 said it's not the architects job to draw accurate plans, which building control, in person, corrected them on. Still unresolved.

  Gavin did a brilliant job. His finish was so neat and it completely transformed the spaces. He was very reliable, always on time and very clean - always tidying up after himself. He was really flexible in coming to finish bits off so that other tradesmen could carry out work without the plaster getting ruined. His quotes were very reasonable and the price didn’t change. We have already used Gavin again and plan to get him back in the future. Thanks Gavin

  Brilliant! The quote was very reasonable and the price did not change. Polite, friendly and reliable, always showing up on time. Glenn did a fantastic job working quickly with precision. He has a great attitude where nothing is a problem, being more than accommodating when we added a few extra things to the list. We also needed replacement spindles which weren't available in shops, so Glenn crafted this by hand, and they match perfectly - looking identical. We have already had Glenn back to do extra work and hope to do so again in the future. We would highly recommend.

  Mark did a really good job. He came to visit and quote up, gave some good advice and got a quote over to us quickly and within budget. The price quoted was what we paid, as well as a couple of extras we asked for on the day. Turned up on time and got all jobs done as required with minimal disruption. Cleaned up before he finished and sent over all relevant certifications. Brilliant job, will use again and would definitely recommend.

  Roof repairs, patching over old soil pipe and repairing leak.

  Brilliant. I emailed Rob and very quickly had a quote back for the job in hand. His guys were round at the arranged time, and did all the work for the agreed price. As well as this, they also gave us a heads up on some dodgy roof work we had done, and told us what we needed to do to prevent getting any further issues. Really happy with the standard of work, and it took less than half hour to get the job done so was dead impressed. Would definitely recommend/ask back if we get any future issues.
