Job location: SS0We had our house silicone rendered by SMC builders Sean , Dan and Jimmy are very respectful and took time to reassure me the whole way through regarding the work being carried out Reliable and always on time ready to start work , stayed late and worked weekends to get the job finished and on time site was left clean & tidy each night Good quality work and would highly recommend- JJulie S

I have used SMC before and was so impressed, I asked them back to complete work at my new house. They block paved and resurfaced my front driveway with decorative stone and silicone rendered all brick walls. 10 Single Story Extension

Sean also our favourite builder out of everyone who quoted, and it just so happened he also came in cheapest. Sean’s team were incredible, always ready to start work dead on 8am, working full days and tidying up every single day leaving a spotless site. Nothing was an issue, even last minute additions of velux windows, and a slight relocation. The attention to detail was brilliant, and by far the best finish we’ve ever had from any builders.
