    Single Story Extension

    Sean also our favourite builder out of everyone who quoted, and it just so happened he also came in cheapest. Sean’s team were incredible, always ready to start work dead on 8am, working full days and tidying up every single day leaving a spotless site. Nothing was an issue, even last minute additions of velux windows, and a slight relocation. The attention to detail was brilliant, and by far the best finish we’ve ever had from any builders. They also said the e project would take around 4 weeks and they were dead on the 4 weeks. Really impressed and would highly recommended

    Kitchen, Bathroom & Cloakroom renovation

    We've used Sean and his team before on the exterior of our house to resolve rendering issues and so he was our first call when we knew we wanted to gut our kitchen, bathroom and downstairs toilet. He brought together a fantastic team of skilled people and we now have our dream rooms (unless you count lottery winning dreams ;-)). We had Matt and Mike for the kitchen, Ash and Elliott for the bathrooms and painting and Sam for the electrics. Lovely guys, highly highly recommended. Although I wasn't sad to have our house to ourselves, I did kind of miss them!

    We engaged Sean from Smc builders to build our new garage From start to finish the project went really well and are very satisfied with the end results Sean and all his team were a pleasure to deal with and the quality of there work was of the highest quality and we would definitely recommend
