  Loft conversion

  So please we went with SMC builders to build our loft conversion, the quality of their work is outstanding. They are all so professional and got the job done in great time. Super friendly and kept us updated each step of the way. Always turnt up when expected and never messed us about. Over the moon with how it's turnt out. Thanks again!

  I cannot recommend Sean and his team highly enough. Unlike some bosses, Sean was on the job, working with his team for much of the time, which was very reassuring and his right hand man, Dan worked so hard and made sure everything ran like clockwork in Sean’s absence. Great work by Jimmy and Matt too. The silicone render, insulation, new windows with trickle vents and fascias, soffits and guttering not only look great, but the house is no longer damp! The guys were trustworthy and helpful. Despite being hampered by the weather, they worked longer days to finish the job. Will 100% use again.

  Back extension and knock through

  Excellent communication from the start of the job so I always felt confident and fully informed of the process. Sean and the team were extremely knowledgeable and were able to iron out any issues that arose with the drawings. Always punctual and reliable and would highly recommend.

  New Render, brickwork repair, bathroom vent installation & external paintwork

  Sean and his team made me feel confident that they knew what they were doing, were polite, helped me make decisions and did a stellar job on our external work. I would highly recommend SMC to anyone considering any sort of new build or transformation work. I will be asking them to do our bathroom and kitchen next year as well!
