  Gary was able to attend the day after being contacted and fitted us a new cat flap very quickly for a reasonable price. Very appreciative of it.

  Bath tap replacement

  Dane was amazing throughout - we are a vulnerable household and he took the time to explain and reassure when describing what would be needed, which was so helpful, and we were given a choice of tap. He arrived when he said he would and completed the job quickly and professionally (and tidily to boot), and was kind and again reassuring - it bears repeating, as I was so grateful for it. I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again for any further needs and would definitely recommend him for anyone in the area.

  Sean and his team were very professional, they attended on time and explained what they could do as well as their limitations on the day itself, and then the work was completed before you knew it. They couldn't do enough to help and were very fair with pricing, I would be more than happy to use their services agian.

  Courtney was absolutely brilliant throughout - patient with my many questions and need to have everything explained to me, considerate of our space and left the bathroom tidy afterwards. He even came back when there was a slight leak to sort that out on the same day. He was so professional and understanding, and he did the work quickly and thoroughly. I couldn't recommend him enough.

  The work was completed very quickly as the problem was able to be fixed quickly. We were kept informed, I was given an estimate of the final costings when the problem became clear, which was accurate. The plumber was very polite and considerate, especially considering that I was asking lots of questions. The problem had been very stressful, so to have someone able to fix it quickly was such a relief.
