  Dave agreed a fixed price and provided a complete job. He then took time to explain what he’d done, certain limitations of our door/locking system and offered suggestions with no ‘heavy sales pitch’.

  Help with boiler pressure issues

  Mo reached out by phone and offered to help through a video chat to begin with. It turned out the issue we had had actually gone away! But Mo took time to talk through some tests just to double check there really weren’t any issues. It was so good of him - saved a wasted journey for him which will have been a call out cost for us too. Gives me confidence to offer him further work based on this kind gesture.

  Electrical fittings & fixing

  Steve came to quote for new plug sockets for the house we recently moved in and, in reviewing the electrical report we’d been left, advised on work needed to make various areas safe (bare wires, unsafe fixings, out of date & wrongly labelled fusebox). On sorting the wiring more issues were located & he continued to keep us updated with what was needed, what our options were etc. As we both work from home he avoided switching off our power as much as possible. Throughout the job he cleaned up at the end of each day which was very appreciated.

  Paul was quick to respond, gave clear indications of possible issues before being offered the job, making it clear he knew the area. He arrived, assessed what we currently had and was able to utilise it rather than having to install a new aerial. He also made safe existing cabling & removed unwanted sky dish & cables. Excellent work - highly recommended.
