  I found Ben on checkatrade last year and have used him a few times now. He has been polite and most importantly for me honest and straightforward with quotes and getting the job done. We have had a few understandable weather delays but I would def keep using him.

  End of tenancy clean

  George sent me a quote very quickly and he had a slot on the following day which suited me. Good cleaning. He also called to try to let me know of other services he could do whilst he was there some of which I took up. We had a misunderstanding when he tried to offer to do a job for my downstairs tenant which I had already instructed him to do. He called later to apologise as he thought it was different owners. He did send before and after photos as requested but it wasn’t clear which was which.

  Great service - initially thought we needed to replace the boiler but RSI Plumbing went and repaired it and the leaking valves. Hopefully it will keep working for a while now!
