  Lee was great, came up with simple solution to my proposed problem, provided quote upfront with clear coms on WhatsApp, then arrived and fitted on the planned day. Lovely in person and offered lots of suggestions about other areas (like hot water tank) too.

  Bathroom Extractor Fan Repair

  Posted on Checkatrade regarding an electrical issue with our extractor fan. Contacted by Bailey from Shephard's Contractors Ltd on 22nd July, who said they would love to help but were very busy and unable to get to us until two weeks later (5th Aug). No problem, happy to wait, so booked in a visit for the 5th. I asked if they required any details / photos, didn't get a reply. The 5th came and they didn't turn up. Reorganised for the 12th August. Another no-show, claimed they were delayed with no signal, apologised. Reorganised for the 13th, the promised they'd be free. Didn't show again...

  Darren was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. He send the quotes and spec's over after a house survey in quick order, pointing out potential flaws / considerations in another vendors quote (which was slightly cheaper, but the knowledge Darren displayed in choosing the right product for the room was invaluable). Installed it on date organised, clear with time he would arrive, no mess made and helpfully talked us through the features. Would recommend 100%.
