  Extractor fan fitting

  Bailey came to quote on Thursday and he and his father were able to complete the job the next day. Amazingly fast service. I had a lot of questions which Bailey answered the evening prior - superb communication skills. Fan is quiet and operated by a sensor, hope it now dries out the damp. Will be using them again - highly recommend.

  Bathroom Extractor Fan Repair

  Posted on Checkatrade regarding an electrical issue with our extractor fan. Contacted by Bailey from Shephard's Contractors Ltd on 22nd July, who said they would love to help but were very busy and unable to get to us until two weeks later (5th Aug). No problem, happy to wait, so booked in a visit for the 5th. I asked if they required any details / photos, didn't get a reply. The 5th came and they didn't turn up. Reorganised for the 12th August. Another no-show, claimed they were delayed with no signal, apologised. Reorganised for the 13th, the promised they'd be free. Didn't show again...
