  Good work, cleaned up, reasonable price.

  Polite, tidied up afterwards, did a good job. The ceiling hole was trimmed, the new piece fitted, and afterwards skimmed down perfectly smooth, all for a reasonable price. Will definitely use again. Recommended. He was a pleasure to work with.

  Making drawer fronts fit and fitting nonstandard cupboard doors x7

  Dave did a great job, arrived on time, left the place spotless. This was a tricky task where we had drawer fronts that were not the right fit and had to be altered to fit and also cupboard doors that were missing mounting holes. All of these were beautifully mounted. There was a problem in the corner where the skirting would not fit the new cupboard doors, all of this was sorted out perfectly. Will definitely use again.

  New ceilings and walls, perfect

  Rory and David removed the old Artex lathe/cement ceiling entirely, then they built a brand new ceiling, and plastered it mirror-smooth. They also plastered all four walls and then moved on to our second room that had holes in the artex ceiling, they patched those up, then put on a new layer of plaster, it is now all smooth perfection now. They also did three walls ion the second room. Always polite, worked very quickly and a pleasure to deal with. They also removed all the rubble, all inclusive. Definitely recommended.

  Remove old pipes, lift flooring, re-route new pipes under floor and through walls, via two rooms.

  From the start we found the guys to be friendly and professional. The quote given was kept to exactly. All dirt was removed, leaving everything as it was afterwards. The floorboards in two rooms were lifted up and replaced neatly, as well as the upper layer of engineered wood flooring and beading. We have very thick, tough walls, and they managed to drill through these in an awkward space. They have a card machine so payment was quick and easy too. This was all done quickly and efficiently, I would not hesitate to use them again.

  Very tidy, cleaned up afterwards. Polite and helpful. Detailed and exact quote given, broken down by each task and room. Online system to accept quote, good communication. Arrived on time and completed all work as estimated, quickly. Kevin is highly recommended and I will definitely use K_Electric again.

  Hang a blind where the walls are incredibly hard to drill

  Albert and his crew did an excellent job. No gaps, all joins lined up in perfect rows. They kept up good communication throughout, they were friendly and polite. Best of all, they even fixed up a few other problems in the same room, without being asked. They also tidied up afterwards, which is always good when you have had work done. And the price quoted was the price charged.

  Replace first story pitched roof edging tiles storm damage

  Flat roof replaced and added skylights

  Pete removed our old fibreglass roof and added a new felt roof. He also added two large skylights we chose, much bigger and better than the old ones, and also did the carpentry to support the new window sizes. We had leaks issues with our old roof (not the new one!), so I soaked the new one with a hosepipe to test it out and found it is 100% waterproof. Pete and his workers were exceptionally tidy, they cleaned up every scrap afterwards so that the patio and rear were even tidier that they were before they started.   New kitchen tap fitted, adapters for euro tap size and replaced old stuck isolating valves

  Dean arrived on time, installed the new tap and cleaned up afterwards. He was personable and friendly throughout, this was a pleasure. I had bought a German tap that was a nonstandard size. Dean fetched adapters to make it fit. In addition, the isolating valves were unusable and seized up. Dean replaced these as well, with parts of a higher standard, using nice lever valves instead of a screw-operated ones, so the next time the tap is replaced it will be quick and easy. In summary, this was a more complex and demanding job but he rose to the occasion and sorted it out in no time.
