Lekaj Property services Ltd are excellent!. We could not of hoped for a better service. We had so many issues with a well known supplier but Albert and his company answered every text, email and phone call and put our mind at rest. Albert came out multiple times when he said he would, and he did exactly what he told us we would need. I cannot recommend this company enough. This is the second time we’ve engaged Albert and his team in our home. We would’t use anyone else. Had a bespoke media wall created with wooden frame, plasterboard and shaker style cupboards. I met the director, Mr. Albert, who is an incredibly kind, professional, and friendly person — as is his whole team. I explained what I needed and that I wanted to move into my new home within two months. Albert visited the property the next day, inspected everything carefully, and gave me great advice. Albert came out and done a great job on our front door stairs and small driveway wall after they started to crumble.He explained everything he would do and again after finishing the job explained everything again. is a Multi-Trade building company specialising in both commercial and residential works, carrying most trades in house we offer complete project management on all jobs from start to finish, We cover all of West Sussex and are based in Crawley.
We are a modern innovative business keeping up with the latest products and techniques in the building industry so that we can offer our customers the very latest services when it comes to property maintenance and improvements.
We are members of Checkatrade.
We offer services such as:
Roofing: liquid plastic, built up felt, lead work, canopy installation, slating / tiling, roof line, repairs, surveys, all work at height/ mobile anchor access
Joinery: fit out work, kitchens, doors, flooring, kit build, decking, staircases, conversions/extensions, shop-fitting, windows, locks, fencing, boarding up etc.
Wet trades: plastering, ames taping, rough casting/render (all types), renovation plaster, tanking, cement works, screeding, self leveling compounds.
Ground works: landscaping, general garden maintenance, slabbing/mono-blocking, signage erection, line marking etc.
Cleansing: pressure washing, gutter clearance, contract work, maintenance.
Plumbing: fit-out, maintenance, emergency works
Decor: exterior and interior paint work, paper hanging, spraying, specialist coatings.
Tiling: internal and external, porcelain, ceramic, natural products, pool works.
Fabrication: fencing, security doors, stairways, etc.
Facilities management: reactive maintenance, planned preventative maintenance, scheduled cleaning/ ground works, on-call service.
