  Trimming 2 hedges and removing ivy

  Billy and Wes did a fab job trimming 2 large hedges back. Last minute job fitted in no problem, very reasonably priced, both friendly, got the job done promptly, tidied up after themselves and took all waste away. Will use again in the future.

  Knocking a corner wall down, plastering and screeing

  Steve at RJR did a great job at knocking down an awkward corner wall down in my dining room. He was punctual and turned up on time, was respectful and tidy with my property throughout the whole job, didn't rush or take too long on the job, took all rubble away for me and reasonably priced.   Lee and Dean were very professional and friendly when carrying out the work. Lee came around to provide a quote about a week prior too. Both were very friendly, chatty and got the job done efficiently. They ensured I was happy with all decisions during the process before progressing. The work was done to a neat standard and Lee answered all of the questions I had before, during and after the work. I had some hoovering, tidying and moving of big furniture to do after they had left, but that was to be expected. I'd be very happy to call Lee again for any future works.

  Repairing and replacing washing machine heating element

  Repair man arrived on time and called me 30 mins before to inform me he was on his way. Got the job done within an hour. However he left a fair bit of mess behind without informing me or apologising. Lots of dust and debris from under the machine was spread all over my kitchen floor. The front of my machine was grubby with black dirt despite using my dish sponge to wipe over the surface. Magnets from the fridge were knocked off and left on the side. My cat food and water bowls had been knocked over and not cleaned up or mentioned to me. Overall a bit of a sloppy job done.
